Join our team as a Guest Experience Coordinator (GEC) and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service at our one-of-a-kind resort. This dynamic role combines two key responsibilities: serving as a welcoming host in our Welcome Dome and providing top-tier dining service in our Dining Dome.
As a GEC, you'll thrive in a dualrole environment, where your hospitality skills will shine in both front‑facing guest interactions and dining service excellence.

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries
- Coordinate guest services and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Provide information about the resort facilities and services
- Offer Food and Beverage options
- Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist in the Dining Dome with taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience
- Address and resolve any guest concerns promptly
- Build strong knowledge of resort amenities, policies and local partners
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong guest relations and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to commute
- Ability to relocate before starting work
