Overview
We’re looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer general inquiries to ensure guests have an excellent stay.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Manage guest information and room assignments accurately.
- Distribute keys and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
- Answer general inquiries and assist guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
Compensation: $13.50 - $15 hourly
