Artificial Intelligence Solutions Architect, Senior
The Opportunity:
Designs and implements effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with the organization’s strategies and business goals, and key ethical considerations. Applies advanced advising skills or extensive technical expertise, full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, mentors and may supervise team members.
- 5+ years of experience implementing IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and Data Science using Python programming and big data technologies, including Hive, Q, Bedrock, PySpark, Synapse, or Databricks
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing a highly available, scalable, and resilient enterprise cloud environment
- 3+ years of experience deploying solutions using the Amazon AI product tool suite, Sage Maker Studio, and Bedrock
- 3+ years of experience using LLMs, GenAI applications, or agentic AI orchestration frameworks
- Experience leading architecture, platform engineering, and development teams on enterprise cloud engagements
- Experience in training and fine‑tuning LLMs
- Knowledge of Big Data solutions, data migration technologies, and processes
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in a Technology field such as Computer Science or Statistics
- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Experience providing technical guidance to architects and engineers
- Experience working in GCP or Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud‑based solutions, network architecture, and security principles
- Master's degree in a Technology field, such as Computer Science or Statistics (preferred);
Doctorate degree in a related Technology field (a plus) - Security, Cloud, or Software Development Certification
Projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of total compensation. Full‑time and part‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs.
