Day Shift Manufacturing Associate

Marvin is seeking a Day Shift Manufacturing Associate to help build premium windows, doors, and skylights in our Warroad, MN facility. In this hands-on role, you will operate production equipment, follow standard work instructions, and perform quality checks to ensure every product meets Marvin's high standards for design and performance. You will inspect materials, document production data, and support equipment changeovers and routine cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and tools to produce premium windows, doors, and skylights to specification
• Follow standard work instructions, safety protocols, and quality checks throughout the production process
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects and accurately document production and quality data
• Perform basic equipment setup, changeovers, and routine cleaning to support efficient workflow
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve issues quickly
• Participate in continuous improvement, 5
• S, and lean activities to enhance safety, quality, and productivity
• Safely handle and move materials using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, and product nonconformances promptly
