Through Private-Public Partnerships, the 22 Promise Zones around the country actively help drive the economy, jobs, and American growth we all strive to see in reality. Collectively, Promise Zones serve more than 1.3 million Americans with poverty rates ranging from 28 percent to as high as 50 percent.

Goal of the Overall VISTA Project:
Through private-public partnerships, the 22 Promise Zones around the country actively help drive the economy, jobs, and American growth we all strive to see in reality. Collectively, Promise Zones serve more than 1.3 million Americans with poverty rates ranging from 28 percent to as high as 50 percent. Will bring the Promise Zone together in a united, whole community approach that will provide an exemplary model for other tribes/communities to replicate.

The goal Promise Zone VISTA is to combat poverty in the Turtle Mountains.

Choice of Education Award or End of Service Stipend, Health Coverage, Living Allowance, Training, Childcare assistance if eligible, Relocation Allowance.

Permits attendance at school during off hours, Car recommended.
