TITLE
Registered Nurse - Critical Care
SCHEDULE
3x12 D/N Rotation
ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

REQUIREMENTS
- Registered Nurse license in North Dakota or compact state agreement
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- STABLE certification
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols.
- Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly, coordinating with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge processes.
- Document all patient care activities accurately in compliance with standards.
- Delegate nursing tasks appropriately, ensuring patient safety and care quality.
COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Certifications must be obtained prior to the start date.
