Available Triad Travel Nursing Agency is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a long-term care facility in Ramsey County, North Dakota.
Requirements:
Active ND RN license (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Must be in good standing with all nursing boards
Current BLS certification preferred
Long-term care experience preferred
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care and assessments to residents
Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
Obtain and document vital signs, assessments, and care provided
Coordinate care with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and families
Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing support staff as appropriate
Maintain accurate charting and documentation
Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
Follow infection control and safety protocols
