Eventide Heartland Care Center is currently looking for Part‑Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). Shifts include day, evening, or overnight with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Base pay ranges from $22 to $24.64 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and location. Shift differentials of $2 per hour for evening/overnight shifts and $2 per hour for weekend shifts are available.

• Current North Dakota Certified Nursing Assistant license

• Provide individualized attention to encourage each resident’s ability to maintain or attain the highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
• Carry and follow assigned resident care plans at all times.
• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, range of motion, as indicated on the resident care plan.
• Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of each resident while delivering services.
• Interact with residents with warmth and compassion.
• Follow policies and procedures regarding the safety of residents, others, property, and the caregiver.
• Comply with rules and regulations set forth by the North Dakota Department of Health and the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services.
• Understand residents’ rights, including the right to be free of restraints, abuse, and neglect, and promptly report any incidents or violations.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment.
• Respond promptly to residents’ call lights and alarms.
• May perform tasks such as checking vital signs, monitoring residents’ weight, applying lotions, and other routine care.
• Lift, move, and transport residents using gait belts, one‑ or two‑person transfers, Hoyer lifts, standing lifts, or other methods as identified by care plans.
• Assist and escort residents for appointments and activities as needed.
• Document and record care provided and other pertinent information.
• Follow proper safety and infection control procedures, including hand washing, glove use, and disposal of soiled materials.
• Assist with residents’ personal laundry as needed.

Eventide offers a competitive pay range of $22 to $24.64 per hour. Shift premiums and differentials may be available for select positions based on employment status and shift worked.
