Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients in labor and delivery settings.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality maternal and neonatal services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
- Valid RN license with relevant Labor & Delivery experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a rotating shift schedule.
- Deliver direct patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum period.
- Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, and respond to emergencies.
- Educate patients and families about procedures and postpartum care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety regulations.
