Requirements:

• License:
  Registered Nurse (North Dakota Board of Nursing or Compact State Agreement)
• Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• STABLE

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and protocols.
• Develop and implement a plan of care based on a comprehensive assessment of the patient's needs.
• Assess patient's condition, set goals, and prescribe appropriate nursing actions for optimal care.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions, including managing emergencies as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members and support patient education for discharge planning.
• Complete documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
