Tryfacta is seeking a LPN – Long Term Care (LTC) for our client in Devils Lake, ND 58301. This is a 10-week contract assignment.

• Position Title: LPN – Long Term Care (LTC)
• Location: Devils Lake, ND 58301
• Duration: 10 weeks
• Work Schedule: Variable Day Shift (12-Hour Shifts)

  48 Hours/Week

• Provide nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions.

• Active North Dakota LPN License required.
• Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• IV Certification preferred (please specify if the provider has IV Certification).
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
