Provided Triad Travel Nursing Agency is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long term care facility in Ramsey County, North Dakota.

Requirements:

Active ND LPN license, or ability to obtain upon hire

Must be in good standing with all nursing boards

Current BLS certification preferred

Long term care experience preferred

Reliable, professional, and team oriented

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider

Administer medications and treatments as ordered

Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes

Obtain and document vital signs, assessments, and care provided

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and families to coordinate care Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity

Follow infection control policies and facility protocols
