• Exposure to a robust, high‑volume mixed‑animal caseload across both small animal and large animal (bovine and equine) medicine
• Hands‑on involvement in advanced surgeries and field emergency care based on your comfort level and experience
• The opportunity to work in a purpose‑built 5,000 sq. ft. facility featuring a high‑clearance trailer haul‑in area, equine surgery stalls, and a fully equipped practice truck
• One‑on‑one mentorship and guidance from a highly regarded expert practitioner known for exceptional surgical skill
• Strong support from an incredible 3:1 staff‑to‑vet ratio in a proven, "no‑drama" culture
