Salary & Compensation

• Hourly rate: $16 - $29 per hour (equivalent to or exceeding the minimum wage applicable to the job location).
• Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Meat/Produce associate responsible for keeping the Fresh area fully stocked, rotating product, and maintaining proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, the associate ensures Fresh displays remain maintained and properly ordered throughout the day.
