This position is for morning shift, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. Shifts may change with store needs. Flexibility is preferred.

The Sales Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and accurately processing fuel and merchandise sales. This role ensures shelves are stocked, products are available, and store operations run efficiently while supporting overall profitability.
Responsibilities- Ensure top-notch customer experiences on every interaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store
- Prepare food and beverages in accordance with health standards
- Handle cash, funds, and merchandise responsibly
- Complete shift reports, including closing and balancing the cash register
- Verify customer identification for restricted purchases and follow regulations
- Assist with daily tasks to keep store operations running smoothly
- Handle customer interactions and apply sales strategies to support profitability
- Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
