Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat

PayBase rate: $24-37/hr
- + 20% night premium
- + $4.00/hr weekend premium
Effective wage potential (base+night premium+weekend premium+OT): $32-48/ hr
Pay based on experience
Highlights of your role- Provide timely support, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, identify root causes, and ensure thorough follow-up on equipment issues
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Plan work effectively, coordinating with production & leadership to ensure success
- Order parts as needed to keep our equipment running smoothly
- Monitor and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap
- Continuously improve equipment, processes, methods, etc, to drive innovation
- A two-year technical degree or a comparable level of knowledge and skills acquired through relevant work experience
- Ability to perform accurate and thorough work with attention to detail
- Strong Electrical and Mechanical skills
- Familiarity with PLCs, control systems, and industrial automation
