Ideal candidates will operate a variety of heavy equipment to support county projects, including road maintenance, construction, and snow removal. If you have experience with heavy equipment operation and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply. The new team member must live within 60 minutes travel time of Washburn.

Starting base salary range for the Equipment Operator II level is $53,928.56 - $59,196.58 per year based on experience. Starting base salary range for the Equipment Operator III level is $61,108.53 - $67,068.11 per year based on experience.
