Our client, a leading specialist provider, is looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee a 'Good' rated Ofsted home in Wiltshire. As the Registered Manager, you will be at the heart of a home that transforms children's lives through exceptional care and leadership.

• Inspire and supervise a residential support team to deliver child-centred care that sets new standards.
• Develop and review bespoke care plans, ensuring each child's holistic wellbeing is prioritised.
• Manage budgets, staffing rotas, and resources efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of safety and welfare through regular audits and feedback ensuring compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations (2015).
• Build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to support children’s needs.

• Proven management and supervisory experience within a residential children’s home.
• Deep understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding procedures, and Children’s Homes Regulations (2015).
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage complex budgets.
• Ideally, hold (or be working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
• Resilient, compassionate, and able to balance a 'thick skin' with a big heart.
