Location: Wernick House, Hopton Industrial Estate, Beechfield Road

Contract Type: Full‑time

Salary: Based on experience

Support the maintenance, repair and preparation of modular buildings and site accommodation units at our depot. Ensure efficient and safe operation, maintenance of equipment and cleanliness of the yard and workshop.

• Maintain, clean, paint and perform general upkeep on cabins and buildings.
• Service mobile welfare units to keep them operational.
• Carry out necessary repairs on site when required.
• Check, store and arrange returned furniture in the yard.
• Maintain forklift truck and assist with safe loading/unloading of cabins, buildings and materials.
• Minimise material wastage and support efficient loading/unloading processes.
• Keep yard and workshop clean and organised.
• Adhere to health and safety legislation and promote a safe working environment.

• Experience in plumbing, joinery or electrical work (handyperson skillset).
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritise a busy workload.

• Experience in cabin fitting.
