In-Person, Monday - Friday | Full-time | Approximately 40-45 hours/week
Wendling is seeking an IT Engineer to support and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure while delivering exceptional service to employees across multiple locations. This position combines both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support responsibilities with hands-on involvement in technology projects, system administration, equipment deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to effectively support users while contributing to the reliability, security, and performance of the organization's technology environment.

Job ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, telecommunications systems, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and support computers, mobile devices, software applications, telecommunications equipment, and related technology infrastructure.
Administer user accounts and system access, ensuring appropriate security and compliance with organizational standards.
Provide technical guidance, training, and support to employees on technology tools, system access, cybersecurity awareness, and best practices.
Monitor and maintain IT assets, equipment inventory, and technology resources.
Participate in technology projects involving the planning, implementation, and support of new systems, devices, and services.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and end users to ensure reliable and efficient technology operations.
Document technical solutions, maintain system records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Job QualificationsAssociate's degree in Information Technology or a related field required.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in Information Technology or a related technical field.
Technical certifications such as A+, HDI, ITIL, Network+, MCITP, MCSE, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Experience with Microsoft SQL database administration and/or software engineering preferred.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, mobile devices, and user account administration.
Knowledge of networking concepts, troubleshooting methodologies, and information security best practices.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees, leadership, customers, vendors, and external partners at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing technology and business needs.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to company locations as needed.
