Latham, The Pool Company in DeWitt, Iowa is seeking a Laminator to oversee the quality of material application during the pool manufacturing process. Responsibilities include rolling fiberglass and resin materials, verifying thickness, trimming excess materials, and documenting production. Ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail and the physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials. Full-time position with an hourly pay range of $25.42 to $26.29.
