Temporary Encadria Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Support staff to support the Guardian® Glass facility in Dewitt. This is a temporary position.

• Stage 1:
  Work 4 consecutive night shifts? 3 days off
• Stage 2:
  Work 3 consecutive day shifts? 1 day off? 3 consecutive night shifts
• Stage 3: 3 days off? 4 consecutive day shifts
• Stage 4: 7 consecutive days off

While the schedule includes extended time off compared to a traditional Monday–Friday schedule, that time off is subject to operational needs, and mandatory overtime may be scheduled, which can occasionally reduce or adjust scheduled days off.

Day shift: 5:45AM – 6:00PM Night shift: 5:45PM – 6:00AM

Your work will be focused on general warehouse and material handling activities.

• Perform general material handling tasks, including lifting, inspecting, and packaging glass products while following established quality and packaging procedures
• Conduct close‑up visual inspections to identify defects and help ensure products meet customer quality expectations before shipment
• Work in a manufacturing environment that may require walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
• Follow all plant safety, environmental, and work rules and procedures
• Perform housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Follow all plant safety rules and PPE requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Six months or more experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Ability to wear all required PPE
• Ability to work in hot, cold, humid, and noisy environments
• Ability to lift, walk, climb, stoop, stand, push, pull for up to twelve hours

• One or more years of manufacturing experience in a 24/7 or high-volume environment
