Travel Registered Nurse Emergency Room jobs in Dewitt, IA let you deliver urgent care to patients in a hospital with a traveler-friendly culture and supportive staffing ratios. You will assess, triage, and treat patients in the emergency department, document care in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, a valid Iowa RN license or compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and at least 1-2 years of recent emergency room nursing experience.

Recommended skills include strong clinical judgment, adaptability, teamwork, proficiency with emergency care equipment, and experience with high-acuity cases. Familiarity with EMR systems and the ability to manage stress in fast-paced environments are valued.
