Job Position Description:

The Construction Services Carpenter is responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled tasks related to the construction, maintenance, renovation, and repair of buildings and other property assets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, metal, and other materials according to design specifications
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures as necessary
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, doors, cabinets, staircases, and molding
• Assist the Director of Property Management with planning, project coordination, and documentation.
• Work safely with adherence to Wendling Quarries safety policy

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Monday – Friday
• Approximately 50 hours/week
