Rushlift is seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Supervisor to lead our Dewsbury workshop. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise engineers and apprentices, schedule workloads, and ensure safety, quality, and maximum equipment uptime for customers.
The ideal candidate holds GCSEs in English and Maths, a full UK driving licence, and engineering qualifications or equivalent. Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic fault‑finding skills and experience with diagnostic tools are
