Senior Accountant – Manufacturing & SAP; Individual Contributor

We are partnering with a global LED manufacturing company with North American operations in Southern California to hire a Senior Accountant
. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with high visibility and exposure to multinational operations and U.S. IPO readiness.

This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong accountant who enjoys execution, problem-solving, and working closely with SAP in a manufacturing environment.

• Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare financial reports in accordance with US GAAP
• Perform cost accounting activities including BOM analysis, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances
• Act as a power user of SAP ERP (FI/CO) to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting
• Support SOX compliance efforts and external audit requests
• Coordinate intercompany transactions with international entities
• Communicate with Asia-based headquarters in English and Mandarin

• 8–12+ years of accounting experience, ideally in electronics or automotive manufacturing
• Advanced hands-on SAP ERP experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (required)
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience in multinational environments strongly preferred
