Customer Service Analyst II – Replenishment (Bentonville, AR)
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Analyst II to manage customer inventory and drive continuous improvement in our replenishment operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer inventory (40% of time):
Monitor, edit, and place orders, maintain inventory planning tools, design item‑level inventory policies, and ensure orders align with lead‑time, demand volatility, and supply constraints. - Collaboration with cross‑functional teams (30% of time):
Work with customer buyers, merchandising, sales, demand planning, logistics, and carrier teams to resolve critical issues and keep inventory healthy. - Communication and reporting (20% of time):
Create and pull data for reports, maintain stakeholder awareness, participate in customer calls, and provide quarterly updates to customers and internal teams. - Continuous improvement (10% of time):
Partner with CI, DDI, IT, and AI to identify and implement process enhancements, conduct post‑mortem analysis, and monitor improvement metrics.
- Minimum Requirements: 2 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, or analytics; proficiency with Oracle, JDA, Logility, EDI, and Excel; willingness to travel 10% of the time.
- Preferred Qualifications: 4 years of similar experience; strong analytical and data visualization skills; ability to quickly learn Niagara systems.
- Competencies: Technical & system knowledge, adaptability, strong communication, customer focus, and problem‑solving.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field (required).
- Master’s Degree in a related field (preferred).
Salary range: $71,314 – $103,406 per year.
