Children’s Ministry Director

The candidate should be a passionate follower of Jesus Christ and have an obvious calling to minister to kids. We are looking for someone who has integrity, energy, creativity, and a strong desire to see kids and their families grow in their relationship with Jesus. We want our Kid Min Director to share in our mission to Love God, Love People, and Serve Compassionately.

• Has a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Has an exceptional ability to relate to elementary age kids and their families.
• Possess excellent skills in leadership, organization, team building, and teaching.
• Has a desire to create engaging content that communicates Biblical truths that kids need to hear and learn.
• A Leader who has a vision for the church and families working together to build faith in the next generation.
• Creative! A person loves to innovate ways to better connect with kids and helps connect them with Godand others.
• A desire to help kids discover the value of service.
• A recruiter who can attract, disciple, and retain a team of volunteer leaders around you who share your creativity and passion.
• A team player, working with the rest of the staff team to accomplish shared goals and vision.
• Has a degree from a Christian College or University (preferred).
• Has a high level of experience working with kids in a church setting.

We are located in Diamond Bar, CA which is a very diverse community of mostly professional people, and our church reflects that diversity.
