A global manufacturing company with North American headquarters in Southern California is partnering with us to hire a hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager to support its next phase of growth, including U.S. IPO readiness
.

This role combines technical leadership, process ownership, and team oversight in a multinational environment. This is a player/coach role for a senior accounting professional who has led close processes, internal controls, and audit readiness within SAP-driven manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate brings deep US GAAP expertise
, strong SAP ERP experience
, and the ability to collaborate cross-border with Asia-based headquarters.

• Lead and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Review and ensure accuracy of financial statements under US GAAP
• Own SOX 404 compliance
  , internal control design, and documentation
• Serve as primary liaison with external auditors
• Lead and govern SAP ERP finance processes and improvements
• Oversee cost accounting policies, inventory controls, and manufacturing reporting
• Manage, mentor, and review the work of accounting staff
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations and international HQ
• Drive accounting readiness and timelines for future IPO requirements
• Communicate regularly with Asia-based leadership in English and Mandarin

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing
• Prior experience in Accounting Manager or Lead roles
• Strong SAP ERP finance leadership experience (required)
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SOX/internal controls
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (required)
• CPA or CMA strongly preferred
• IPO or public-company readiness experience highly desirable
