Responsibilities

  • Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money management solutions.
  • Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
  • Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing client relationships.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential product services recommended.
Required Qualifications
  • Current Series 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
  • At least one year of experience in the investments industry with in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • At least one year of experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals, build and nurture strong relationships, and execute in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Thorough regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long‑term strategies for clients.
  • Must register with the SAFE Act federal registry system and maintain good standing; failure to obtain or maintain registration may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least three years’ experience in the financial service industry or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
  • Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Obtained relevant insurance licenses.

Schedule

Monday–Friday open availability required + some Saturdays.

Minimum Education Requirement

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Pay

$70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Formulaic incentive eligible. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions. Incentives are earned based on performance against defined metrics.
