Job Summary
Financial Analyst sought by OSCAR AX INC, in Diamond Bar, CA.
Responsibilities- Prep operating budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses for logistics & transportation operations.
- Monitor & analyze operating expenses, including fuel, transportation, labor, maintenance, and insurance costs.
- Develop financial models using Microsoft Excel to support cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and management dashboards analyzing operational and financial performance.
- Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses to support pricing decisions, contract evaluation, and business planning.
- Analyze financial & operational data to identify trends, assess variances, and recommend measures to improve cost control & profitability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, or closely related field.
- At least 6 months experience as a Financial Analyst in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling & data analysis.
- Familiarity with logistics cost structures such as transportation, fuel, labor, & operating expenses.
