Network Infrastructure Tech IV - Florida Multisite

Position primarily responsible for supporting Niagara Bottling’s Florida manufacturing plants:
Jacksonville, Miami, Groveland, and Ocala.

• Execute IT Support Department’s tactical goals.
• Lead on day‑to‑day responsibilities and departmental projects.
• Collaborate with senior support team to prioritize and implement projects.
• Maintain 24x5 support coverage (including on‑call weekends) and ensure adequate scheduling.
• Deliver high‑level customer service with strong technical and soft‑skill focus.
• Escalate issues to appropriate IT teams, keeping management informed of ongoing problems.
• Document all incoming issues and provide notifications to IT Support Management.
• Travel to remote plants as needed based on projects and support requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to Level I/II/III technicians.
• Act as the face of IT for the business, rapidly resolving end‑user and system issues.
• Contribute to, and in some cases lead, projects that support plant build and ongoing operations.

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience supporting multisite manufacturing plants.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with structured cabling, security cameras, fiber, CAT5/CAT6, IDF/MDF, wireless, APs, TCP/IP, CISCO technologies.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 75% of the time on average travels 3 weeks per month.
• Strong customer/client focus and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to diagnose complex, multi‑faced system issues and troubleshoot hardware and software platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Team‑oriented yet capable of working independently.

• 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience in multisite manufacturing plants.
• 7+ years of experience with structured cabling, security cameras, fiber, CAT5/CAT6, IDF/MDF, wireless, APs, TCP/IP, CISCO technologies.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Native or elementary proficiency in Spanish.

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience (minimum).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred).

• Required:
  
  CompTIA A+ (or equivalent).
• Preferred: MTA/MSCE, Network+.
• Preferred:
  Spanish Elementary Proficiency.

Hourly: $35.41 – $50.46.
