This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Project Manager specializing in Low Voltage / ICT Systems. The position is based in Diamond Bar, CA. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of low voltage and ICT system projects. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, resource allocation, managing logistics, supervising inspections, and ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
Coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors, the Project Manager will also utilize bilingual fluency in English and Chinese to facilitate clear and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven skills in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and executing complex projects
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure materials and equipment meet project deadlines
- Knowledge of Inspection and quality assurance processes to maintain high project standards
- Expertise in Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and delivery optimization
- Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese for effective communication with multilingual teams and stakeholders
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience with low voltage or ICT system projects is highly advantageous
