Senior AI Product Strategist
Location: Diamond Bar, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Senior AI Product Strategist to drive data-driven transformation by developing analytics and AI products that deliver measurable business value. This role partners with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, generate actionable insights, and support AI and analytics initiatives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the lifecycle of AI and analytics products from discovery through deployment and enhancements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
- Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and present insights to business leaders.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and business teams to implement scalable AI and analytics solutions.
- Apply Agile methodologies, manage product backlogs, and prioritize initiatives based on business value.
- Promote data literacy and support continuous improvement across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Systems Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Data Analytics, AI Product Management, or Operations Strategy
. - Experience managing analytics or AI projects using Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, Excel
, and data visualization tools. - Understanding of data engineering, machine learning, statistical analysis, and AI-driven decision support.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, or Sales Analytics
. - Certifications such as PMP, APICS CPIM, or CSCP are a plus.
