The role is a 2nd Shift Utility Worker at a well-known bottling company located in Diamond Bar, CA. You will support daily operations and ensure product availability across more than 20 refrigerators. Responsibilities include restocking bottled water, maintaining proper label alignment, and ensuring all refrigerators are fully stocked throughout your shift, upholding high standards of organization, product quality, workplace safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces.
• Operate a baler machine to compact and process cardboard for recycling.
• Perform light custodial duties, including trash removal, sweeping, and sanitizing high‑touch surfaces.
• Support facility operations with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met.

• 1+ years custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred.
• Interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient verbal/written communication skills.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Time‑management skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
