Sales Representative

We are hiring a Sales Representative to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products and services to customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This position is open to Malayalees and Filipinos, with no English language proficiency requirement.

• Promote and sell products and services to potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Understand the needs of customers and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam or Tagalog are essential. English language proficiency is not mandatory.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve targets.
• Willingness to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided.

We offer competitive salary of 1800$ per month plus commission based on performance.
