Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help deter theft and unauthorized activity;
Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and security-related incidents using established documentation and communication procedures;
Assist with emergency response activities and coordinate with store leadership, Allied Universal personnel, and/or first responders when appropriate
