As our Job Cost Accountant
- Project Accounting Specialist, you'll earn an annual salary of $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience. We're also proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounting (can be on-the-job or a combination of on-the-job and education)
• Excel and spreadsheet skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience with accounting software is preferred.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

In this role, you'll serve as a key support resource for our accounting team, helping keep daily financial and operational processes running smoothly. You'll prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports, assist with account reconciliations and month-end activities, manage detailed accounting and operational data, and help maintain accuracy across multiple software systems. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn new software and processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
