The pay rate for this job is $16.50 - $17.50 / hour.

• Assist with waterproofing a new foundation addition to the Water Treatment Plant
• Prepping foundation for waterproofing using basic hand tools (wire brush, scrapers, etc.)
• Assist with applying new sheet applied waterproofing (like hanging wallpaper) and drainage mat using basic hand tools
• Use tape measure, utility knives, paint rollers for applying primer, caulking tools
• Assist with applying new rigid insulation on exterior of foundation walls, using basic hand tools (tape measure, utility knives, caulking tools)
• Foundation wall is 20' high but should only require use of 4~6' step ladders as we will complete the lower half of foundation; they will backfill and we will complete the top portion

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
• Strong work ethic
• Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
