We are currently seeking full or part-time enthusiastic individuals at our Dickinson South and Bowman branches who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the chance to interact with our valued customers, assist them with their banking needs, and ensure their satisfaction. Full-Time
Hours:
Dickinson South: Shifts range from 7:15 a.m.
-5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday with a Saturday rotation.
Bowman: Shifts range from 8:00 a.m.
-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
- Greet and assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
- Learn new banking responsibilities including:
Opening new accounts for customers and Giving guidance to customers regarding bank products & services. - Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns along with maintaining a high level of confidentiality and security when handling customer information and transactions.
