What You’ll Do- Provide scheduled and emergency/unscheduled repairs of commercial and industrial generators both during normal working hours and after-hours, weekends and holidays as directed
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report them and any other unusual situations to the service manager in a timely manner
- Travel around local area for service work while being on call and rotating first to call responsibility
- Maintain parts and service inventory within company vehicle
- Create and submit reports for service work completed and project updates
- Travel up to 25% based on HM Cragg/TWE projects and time of year
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience installing and/or repairing generators
- Industry experience preferred - Generators, Power Equipment, and Transfer Switches
- Experience with Microsoft Suite products including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
