Surveyor / Field Engineer

We are seeking a proficient Surveyor / Field Engineer to establish and maintain our primary control network on site using a Total Station. The role involves setting out and site inspections with the Atom Augmented Reality headset, producing daily reports and deliverables, attending coordination meetings with contractors, processing data for accuracy, and preparing Revit models for export into Holo Site.

• Establish and maintain the primary control network on site using a Total Station.
• Conduct setting out and site inspections with the Atom Augmented Reality headset to ensure correct installation.
• Produce reports and deliverables based on daily inspections.
• Attend coordination meetings with contractors for daily planning.
• Process and review acquired data for accuracy and reliability.
• Work with the contractor to devise a weekly lookahead of inspections to prevent incorrect installations.
• Prepare and export approved Revit models into Holo Site.

• 2+ years of surveying or construction experience.
• Ability to independently operate a total station (Leica, Trimble, Topcon).
• Surveying qualification related to land surveying, geodetic, geospatial, or geomatics.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office – Word & Excel.
• Full driving license.
• Knowledge and working experience with Revit / BIM.
• Prior construction experience, particularly in construction staking.

• Full training on site in London or Florida, with relocation opportunities in the U.S. after approximately one year.
• Healthcare covering medical, dental, and vision.
• 25 days of annual vacation/PTO plus public holidays.
• Relocation support, including flights and accommodation, may be provided if necessary.

Permanent position based out of Ellendale, ND. This is a fully onsite role.

The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $ per year.
