Job Title: PT (Physical Therapist)

Shift: M-F, 8a-5p - no weekends

Job Description:

This position involves providing physical therapy services primarily for home health settings. The therapist will be responsible for start of care, recerts, and daily visits with a workload of approximately 5-6 visits per day. No clinical involvement required initially as the role involves a manager interview only. The position does not include weekend or holiday shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Start of care, recerts, and resumption of care for patients.
• Conduct regular visits, typically 5-6 per day if not involving travel or additional assessments.
• Provide safety evaluations or teaching sessions in Hospice situations as needed.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• North Dakota Physical Therapy License
• Current Driver's License & Auto Insurance
• Preferably Home Health experience and OASIS training
