Description:

This position is for a Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health.
The role requires managing a typical workload of 5 to 6 visits per day under regular circumstances.
If admissions are required, the workload may consist of 3 visits in addition to the admission.
The traveler may conduct start of care, recertifications, and resumptions of care.
Points allocation is 6.5 points per day.
There is no clinical involvement; candidates will interview only with the manager.
The position does not require weekend shifts or holiday rotations.
Scrub colors allowed are black, navy blue, or grey.
Orientation is provided, with one to two weeks for the new hire to work with a preceptor.
Support is available from physical therapists in sister agencies during field visits.
Clinical coordinators and directors can be contacted for additional questions.
Home health aides are not staffed.
Experience in Home Health and OASIS training is preferred.
The patient demographic ranges from pediatrics to adults, though pediatric cases are rare.
