Job Description:

The Physical Therapist will primarily provide care in a home health setting. Responsibilities include starting care, recertifications, resumption of care, and regular visits. This role does not involve clinical work and includes a manager interview only.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct start of care, recertification, and resumption of care visits.
• Perform regular visits, aiming for 5-6 per day.
• Manage a workload involving admissions and additional assessments as needed.

Requirements:

• BLS certification.
• North Dakota Physical Therapy License.
• Current Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Preferred experience in Home Health and OASIS training.
