Job Summary And Responsibilities
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will join an established team of RTs who share your passion for delivering highly specialized cardiopulmonary care to patients experiencing breathing issues. You'll be instrumental in providing a range of treatments from breathing techniques and nebulizer treatments to ventilator management, oxygen therapies, and external ventilation support. Every day you will apply your keen assessment skills and critical thinking to manage diverse patient needs, develop and execute effective care plans, and ensure calm, focused intervention in both routine and emergent situations.

- Effectively delivers patient care in a caring and respectful manner using the respiratory/nursing process.
- Interviews, examines, and assesses patients with suspected or confirmed breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders or symptoms.
- Consults with physicians to develop patient treatment plans.
- Performs diagnostic tests.
- Administers therapeutic treatments according to patient needs and physician orders.
- Monitors and records the patient’s response to treatment.
We are offering a $20,000 incentive to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
Required Qualifications- Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or
- Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Respiratory Care Practitioner: ND, upon hire
- Registered Respiratory Therapist, upon hire
- Basic Life Support – CPR, upon hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, upon hire
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program, upon hire

Pay Range$32.46 – $48.28 per hour
