Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator – Dickinson, ND (Full-Time)

At Home Instead®, our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and people-centered Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to help us find, support, and retain amazing Care Professionals who make a difference in the lives of seniors every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the friendly first point of contact for caregiver applicants

  • Recruit, screen, interview, and hire Care Professionals

  • Post and manage recruitment ads and explore creative community recruiting efforts

  • Coordinate caregiver onboarding, orientation, and required training

  • Ensure employment records and compliance requirements are completed accurately

  • Support caregiver engagement through regular check-ins, onboarding touchpoints, and recognition

  • Conduct caregiver reviews, performance conversations, and problem resolution

  • Partner with scheduling and client care teams to support strong caregiver–client matches

  • Track and document caregiver activity using office systems

  • Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled

Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday

  • Occasional evenings or weekends as needed

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

  • Experience in recruiting, HR, or people-focused roles preferred

  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

  • Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach

  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Comfort using computers and office software
