Base pay range$24.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Details- Pay rate: $24 - $26 per hour

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or equipment maintenance principles
- Experience using maintenance management or tracking systems (e.g., CMMS)
- Ability to follow standard work procedures and safety protocols
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record work activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to handle tools, equipment, and perform hands‑on maintenance tasks
- Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs
- Ensure on‑time delivery of equipment according to operational demands.
- Maintain assigned equipment per maintenance program and reliability‑centered maintenance strategy.
- Follow standard work and use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance activities.
- Record materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.
- Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization and reduce cost of service delivery (CoSD).
- Support efforts to improve asset turnaround time, including minimizing downtime and work‑in‑process delays.
- Assist in improving Maintenance Technician efficiency and productivity.
- Implement CoSD projects, such as planned repair and parts reuse.
- Participate in assigned failure investigations.
- Adhere to the TLM Competency Management System.
