Only considering candidates with the following:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training preferred
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or equipment maintenance principles
  • Experience using maintenance management or tracking systems (e.g., CMMS)
  • Ability to follow standard work procedures and safety protocols
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately record work activities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to handle tools, equipment, and perform hands‑on maintenance tasks
  • Willingness to participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs
Responsibilities
  • Ensure on‑time delivery of equipment according to operational demands.
  • Maintain assigned equipment per maintenance program and reliability‑centered maintenance strategy.
  • Follow standard work and use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance activities.
  • Record materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems.
  • Comply with TLM Product Line standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset utilization and reduce cost of service delivery (CoSD).
  • Support efforts to improve asset turnaround time, including minimizing downtime and work‑in‑process delays.
  • Assist in improving Maintenance Technician efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement CoSD projects, such as planned repair and parts reuse.
  • Participate in assigned failure investigations.
  • Adhere to the TLM Competency Management System.
