Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Prep Operator to help keep our production floor running smoothly by ensuring materials and supplies are consistently prepared and available to prevent delays. In this hands-on role, you will stock and deliver parts; prepare materials such as sleeving, jumper wires, and coil spacers; assist with paperwork and kitting; and maintain accurate inventory records in the MRP system.
You'll play a key role in supporting workflow efficiency, product quality, and continuous improvement efforts while working both independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, comfortable with basic computer tasks, and able to perform physically active work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
