Join our team as a Coax Termination Operator and play a critical role in building high-quality coaxial cable assemblies used in aerospace applications. In this hands-on manufacturing position, you will prepare, terminate, route, form, and assemble coaxial harnesses while following engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. You'll work with precision tools to install connectors, shields, backshells, heat shrink, and protective materials, ensuring every assembly meets strict electrical, mechanical, and workmanship requirements.

Whether you're new to the industry or have previous cable assembly experience, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop specialized aerospace manufacturing skills.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong hand dexterity, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with operators, inspectors, engineers, and production leaders to support first-pass yield, on-time delivery, and compliance with AS9100, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate enjoys working with detailed processes, can accurately interpret drawings and specifications, and takes pride in producing precision-built products.
